Did you perform your own on farm harvest and now have meat you'd like us to cure and smoke or make into sausage products?
When bringing in items to be smoked and cured, please have them trimmed to your liking as we will not do any additional trimming of your items. We only accept boneless trim for ground and sausage products.
We do NOT accept wild boar or waterfowl.
