3 Levels of Service to select from: Butcher's Choice Basic, Butcher's Choice Plus, & Custom 

All pricing includes take-down, cutting, grinding, wrapping in poly and paper, freezing, and carcass offal disposal.

 
BASIC 
 BEST VALUE!  What will I get? Approximate meat from a typical HALF pig (a 100 lb half carcass): 
 $1.20 per lb of hanging carcass 

 Butcher's Choice Cuts (see right), & 1 LB Bulk Ground

 Chops are cut 1" thick, & roasts are approx. 3 lbs each.

Tailored cutting or packaging are not allowed.

The cut & weight amounts listed are most common but

not gauranteed.  Breed type & growing practices vary &

impacts yield.
